A Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Overnight Oats With Chia Seeds

1. Mix in about ½ cup rolled oats and ½ tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
2. Add ½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 1/8 tsp peppermint extract, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup and salt to the mix
3. Store it in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Top it up with some fruits and grated coconut in the morning and serve.
